To use this product, simply tap the powder gently onto wet card, use with a wet brush or carefully sprinkle onto a dry surface and mist with water. Colours can be mixed together or used with other Cosmic Shimmer products such as embossing powders and pastes - just the thing to add striking effects to your mixed media craft projects.
