DELIVERY & RETURNS
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. For a full list of costs and estimated delivery times, please see our Deliveries Page. We’re adding more countries to our shipping destinations all of the time so watch out, if we’re not shipping to you currently, we will be soon. If you're shopping from the US, we recommend you head over to CraftStash.us for the best shipping rates plus FREE delivery options.
Please note that since we're based in the UK, some of our prices are stated in British pounds and include VAT (sales tax) at the current UK rate. EU customers will have the tax updated to the rate of their country once country is entered at the checkout.
Since Brexit, some orders take a little longer to clear through customs than they previously did. Some countries are also applying additional levies on packages which is out of our control and the charges applied is determined by each country. We are working hard to alleviate these issues for our customers.
Once your order has been shipped you should receive an email confirmation that your order is on its way. Dispatching of orders can take a couple of working days to be processed before being shipped out with our courier.
The dispatch email that you will receive should provide you with an EVRi tracking number (Usually starting with a “H”) so you will be able to track your delivery via the
EVRi Track a parcel page. You can also view the status of your order in the “My account” section of our website

We currently use two couriers (EVRi & Royal Mail) for all domestic and international orders. The majority of orders are sent using a tracked service and we also cover extra duties/fees when shipped into Europe.
Yes, we do deliver to a vast number of countries around the world and we are always looking to expand further. You should see all available countries on our checkout page or our
Deliveries Page.
We are pleased to offer an improved service to our EU customers. The price you pay at the checkout includes your own country's tax rate, negating the need to pay duty on your order's arrival into your country. This allows us to offer you a faster service to get you crafting even sooner. If you have been charged duties for any reason then please get in touch with is as soon as possible
If an order has been submitted (but not dispatched) then we should be able to cancel your order. We recommend calling our customer service team as soon as possible so that the request can be handled in time.
If an order has already been shipped/delivered then we are unable to make any cancellations or amendments. In this instance, please see our return policy on how to return your order/item back to us for a refund.

If you are located in the UK and the courier is EVRi then you might have the option to change the delivery or provide instructions. The dispatch email from Craftstash should provide you with an EVRi tracking number (Usually starting with a “H”) so you will be able to track your delivery via the
EVRi Track a parcel page and also make requests before they deliver your parcel.

Make sure to have your order number and the name and number of the missing items handy. We'll take care of it right away It's then up to you, we’re happy to either send the missing item to you (if still in stock) or we’ll get you a refund sorted.

You'll need to provide your order number, name and code of the faulty items, along with a short description of what's wrong with it.
Once we can confirm the issue, we will promptly issue a full refund for the item and cover the cost of any postage

Yes! We will despatch your entire order once the pre-ordered items arrive in stock. If you want to receive the items in your order as soon as possible, we would recommend placing 2 separate orders.

We sometimes have promotions that require you to enter a discount code. These discount codes need to be entered on the Shopping Cart page and then click the "Apply Discount" button for the discount code to be applied. Please note: Discount codes are only applicable when entered and applied on the shopping cart page of our website.
